Notice of Expiration of Support for Old “SC series” Controllers
Thank you for using our products.We would like to inform you that our support period for the SC series controllers you are using will be expired on March 31, 2025.
Support end date: March 31, 2025 Supported products: SC-020, SC-021, SC-200, SC-210, SC-400, SC-410, SC-800, SD-800, SC-200HJ, RC-010 Please note that the following services for the SC controllers will no longer be available after the end of support.

・Repair support(Please note that we may not be able to accept your request even before the end of the support period due to the limited number of parts in stock.
Replacement of new Backup batteries is still available, but you may need to send your controller back to our company.
